Internal admin panel for Audi’s service maintenance department

I was the UI designer for this project in a team that was made up of 3 developers and 1 project manager.
PROBLEM
Audi Singapore needed to improve on the usability and presentation of the admin panel which their service department uses on a daily basis.
Data in screens below have been replaced with dummy data for privacy reasons.

This screen shows the days the selected service staff is active on.

This screen shows a detailed breakdown of the cars which the selected Service Advisor has attended to for that month.
CONSTRAINTS
While wanting to see significant improvements, the client preferred not to have a complete overhaul of the UI, as their staff is already used to the old system and familiarization takes time.
